Fabrice Boutain, Chief Executive Officer As Chief Executive Officer of Anxa Ltd., Fabrice Boutain he is mainly in charge of developing new markets and maintaining partner relations. A graduate of the INSEEC - European Business School (Institute of Economic Studies with specialization into Entrepreneurship), Fabrice is well known throughout the French Internet industry as a pioneer and first mover. After selling his first successful Internet venture, PageFrance, to the Lycos group in January 2000, he took two years off to spend time with his family and two children who were born in 2001 and 2003. Phil Monteiro da Rocha, Chief Operations Officer Philippe Monteiro da Rocha graduated from the Institut Français de Presse (French Press Institute), had a long career as editor-in-chief for magazines (L’Equipe Magazine), and had also worked for radio (RMC) and television (M6, Arte) stations while specializing in managing and integrating interactive content. Through Pearson Education, he was able to publish two works focusing on Internet market strategies in 1999 and 2001.
